It is said that 8 is a number that represents new beginnings. How many times have you and started out on a new adventure only to be intimated back to your norm. How many times have you started out to break a habit, meet a challenge, accomplish a goal only to retreat. I am grateful to Mark Batterson for his work on, “In a pit with a lion on a snowy day” It is a series about facing the unknown, our fears and how to chase the “Lions” we find in our lives. Our greatest opportunities come disguised as our biggest and most impossible problems.
