Why does it get harder and harder to get into heaven?
Think about it, 1000 years ago most people had no access to education and douldn't even read. Their only hope for a world that made any sort of sense was to put faith in what their local priest told them. On top of that science was sufficiently stunted to be almost impotent. So all in all, it was very easy to believe the Jesus myth.
Today, science has explained our world and universe in great detail and those details conflict directly with the bible. Couple that with dramaitc growth in literacy rates and wdespread access to education and it seems like it is getting tougher and tougher to get into heaven.
Why is that?
Its getting easier, actually. I could go on a killing spree today, then ask for forgiveness and get accepted. Or so they say....
